So, the Vietnamese cooking was SO fun and not too hard! I loved getting to hang with Trang and her little boy! She is the best mom to her kiddos! I dont know what anything is called, but hopefully you can tell how good it was based on the pictures! When I come home, I might attempt it for you?! But I probably wont be able to find a freshly butchered fish...oh well! When I told Trang and Yu that story...they about died laughing! Great times! Anyway, get ready to be jealous as you stare at this AMAZING CUISINE! :-) Love you all!
